Why individual coaching?

Coaching helps to support the well-being, onboarding, and retention of employees within an organization. For those being coached, having access to individualized professional development to support growth, learning and application of that learning is invaluable. For those leaders who are feeling isolated, unsteady as they navigate transition and change, or are eager to bring their leadership skills to the next level, having a confidential space that allows for vulnerability and asks for accountability is another important benefit.

For those managers and organizations supporting a coachee, Garet Libbey is a trusted partner who can give the time you don’t have, but you know is needed, to develop and support your direct reports and employees.

Typically, we meet monthly and run the program for 3, 6, or 9 months. Shorter term engagements with leadership teams typically run for 1-2 months and are integrated into already established team meetings, retreats, and work schedules.
